I have made this lots of times, but, always in the oven. The method is basically the same. The only difference is that after I put the ingredients together in the blistering pan, I COVER the pan with foil. I didn't notice whether or not the posted recipe uses cooked or uncooked ravioli. I use UNCOOKED ravioli. The layers pretty much work the same way.....I like to add a little fresh mozzarella in betwixt the layers so information technology has that gooey-ness of lasagna. After I cover information technology, I bake it ABOUT 45 minutes to one hour at 350.

Yummy! Followed the recipe and it turned out fantastic. Love it when you don't have to read 15+ reviews with each one telling you a different mode of altering the recipe. With this recipe y'all don't have any reviewers altering the recipe because at that place is no demand to; It's not bad the fashion it is. Thank you for an easy and delicious recipe.

I used half footing beef/half ground sausage and a homemade marinara and I omitted the boosted table salt. I was able to put this together fairly rapidly (and adequately cheaply likewise because all of the ingredients were bought at Aldi!) at the start of my twenty-four hours and information technology was ready to go at dinnertime. I did take another reviewer's suggestion and add cheese in the layers also as on top. I did sprinkle a practiced amount canned parmesan along with the shredded mozzerellla, too. The whole family enjoyed it, especially my 2 kids. We sopped up the additional sauce with white trash garlic breadstuff (softened butter and lots of garlic pulverization, spread onto sandwich bread and thrown under the broiler). NO LEFTOVERS. Definitely a brand again.

Used a 24-oz jar of Classico® Tomato and Basil sauce and a 12-oz container of my bootleg marinara that I always proceed on mitt in the freezer. I'll admit that I'thousand not a huge slow cooker fan, just this one won me over, and I definitely would make it again. It really is a "no brainer," tastes pretty darn practiced, quick to get into the crock pot, and using a crock pot liner makes cleanup a breeze. I call up one or two links of Italian sausage cooked with the footing beef would be a good addition. The presentation may not be classic lasagna, but you definitely will think you're eating lasagna...those cheese raviolis really practise the job! RandyOSU you lot won me over!

This is a slap-up recipe for this nights where yous demand to do something about dinner but can't be at home to melt it. I keep cooked ground beef in my freezer then this was easy to pull together. I followed the directions and the timing was too long and resulted in mushy pasta. I like to give a recipe a fair shot by not doing whatever changes the showtime time I make. Side by side fourth dimension I will cook for three hours and that volition exist plenty. The kids gave it 2 thumbs upwards and then nosotros will be making this again.
09/04/2014
This recipe is succulent. The whole family unit loved it. I did add frozen thawed spinach that I squeezed access h2o out of to the meat sauce. I as well substituted ground turkey in place of the beef. Also put some shredded Italian cheese in betwixt layers. Turned out great.
eleven/02/2013
Very adept and VERY like shooting fish in a barrel. I used four jars of pasta sauce and xxx ounces of raviloi. This does make a lot of nutrient, just the leftovers should reheat well. I will be making this often.
ten/13/2014
I really like this recipe!! It just barely fit into my tiny crock pot (I'd recommend using a 6 qt if possible). I didn't thaw the ravioli first because I didn't have the time to, and it turned out fine. I besides just add mozzarella to our plates later on the lasagna is scooped out instead of putting it on top while notwithstanding in the crock pot. It is super succulent reheated as well. This is 1 of my favorites and I probably will never make "real" lasagna again.
10/22/2013
can this recipe be converted to make it in the oven? please advise any changes needed to go far in the oven. thanks in advance. terry
10/26/2014
Stock-still this for our homecoming pot luck meal. Information technology was great.the only thing I did unlike is add together Italian cheese in the layers. Cooked on low 4 hr added cheese i more hour. Turned out as good as I hoped.
06/07/2015
I usually make my ravioli in the oven but thought I would give this method a shot. Worked fantastic in my 5 quart wearisome cooker and was set in 3 hours. I did let information technology gear up a piffling longer while photographing the dish for the site. But I advise eating at iii hours. The longer it cooks the mushier it gets. I didn't use prepared pasta sauce but instead used a quart of habitation canned tomatoes, one 15 oz. can of tomato sauce and 3 oz. tomato paste in its place. I also simmered my sauce about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes - only something I practise when I make spaghetti sauce so I did so for this also. Worked great. I also layered the cheese in before cooking. Information technology turned out nice and cheesy, the stringy kind of goodness! I acknowledge I didn't take high hopes for this - never do with any slow cooker recipe. But this one didn't disappoint. This would exist groovy for decorated families that have after school activities. Only toss the ingredients in the cooker, run your errands or kiddos around and come up abode to a hot cooked meal waiting for you! For easy clean up use the deadening cooker liners. They're great! What can be better than that after a busy day? Thank you for the keeper.

My family loved it. I did employ ground turkey instead of beef. I also baked it in the oven on 350 for and hour instead of the crockpot. Afterwards calculation the cheese, information technology baked some other 30. Due to time, it was easier to alter it.

This slow cooker lasagna was every bit skillful as any lasagna I've always fabricated. It pains me to say that. Am I anti-dull cooker? Am I a food snob? I don't know, but I'm gonna re-evaluate my core beliefs. This recipe started in the grocery store. I'one thousand standing there, looking at all the interesting fresh ravioli options, and I realize — I need to utilize frozen pasta (similar the recipe directs) or else the ravioli probably turns to mush. So, I make my way to frozen foods. I never bought frozen pasta before, and I can't find it. And then I realize, if I purchase fresh ravioli and freeze information technology, it becomes frozen ravioli, right? Geez. So, I select some interesting fresh ravioli, stick it in the freezer, and get on with my life. I added onion and garlic to the sauce. I inserted layers of ricotta mixed with cooked, squeezed-dry spinach betwixt the layers of ravioli, and cooked it on high for a little under 4 hours. Wow. I ask my married man, "Is this as good as any lasagna I slaved away for hours to make"? "Aye". Okay, confirmation. If yous're a lilliputian chip of a slow cooker snob, I propose you lower yourself to my level and give this recipe a try. Life can be a balancing human activity and this dish is proof that a short-cutting is sometimes the almost delicious fashion to get from ane repast to the next with no sacrifice, and all gain.
03/22/2015
i fabricated this today and it came out great. I added sausage and onions,
07/12/2015
There are some things that shouldn't be made in a slow cooker. This is one of them.
10/thirty/2013
Loved it.....I used one jar of sauce, cooked on low for iv hours then to warm and added the cheese
ten/25/2015
Will most certainly brand this again. I tweak it merely a little. I mix ricotta cheese with the mozzarella and brand an extra layer and also add extra mushrooms. Summit it with mozzarella and fresh Parmesan. Information technology makes it very creamy. Abviously, not a low cal change! But great for a special occasion.
08/04/2014
I loved this... So good and very easy to brand. You can adapt the seasoning to taste and add in extras similar mushrooms if yous similar.
05/29/2016
Yum! Like shooting fish in a barrel to customize. Add a layer of ricotta mixed with chopped spinach. Utilise less sauce.
07/10/2015
Very easy to brand and was delicious too! Preparing this ahead of fourth dimension really made dinner time a breeze. I but added a salad and some rolls and dinner was washed. Cheers for a simple and yummy recipe!

06/17/2016
I tried this recipe out on the seniors at church, thinking that information technology looked and so elementary they might fix it for themselves. I think that idea was a success. I got one asking for the recipe. The flavor is very good, simply I volition make a couple of changes on how I fixed it. I used a five-quart round cooker, but the next fourth dimension I will apply the oval six-quart then I can spread it out more. Past doing this, the cheese volition comprehend a larger space. I'1000 as well seriously thinking about putting some of the cheese between the two layers of ravioli and not so much on top. I will NOT cook this for 5 hours again; in fact, I had a bit of called-for on one side.
02/25/2017
Great recipe but iii-5 hours is waaayyy off. 3 hours on depression MAX! 2.5 hours was all mine needed. Leave information technology in for v hours and I would beloved to see a picture of that posted on hither! LOL!!
11/02/2013
I used my own homemade sauce with this....and so expert. Kids, husband, and mother devoured it!
06/04/2016
Admittedly delicious! Made it with my own homemade spaghetti sauce, because I'g Italian and jarred sauce is not allowed in my house. ;) The ravioli was frozen solid when I put it together in a baking dish, and it came out perfect, cooked at 350 degrees, for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Will definitely make again and again! Buon Ambition!
07/21/2015
I LOVE this recipe. I did add together lots of fresh spinach and grated zucchini to it. I could non notice frozen ravioli so used fresh from the meat department and ground turkey instead of beef.

03/21/2015
Information technology turned out dried out. ??
04/03/2015
Tasted skilful but a little mushy
06/07/2015
This was very good, but nothing similar lasagna. I would call this Randy'due south Irksome Cooker Ravioli. It is also piece of cake to put together and a cinch to clean upwards if you apply a crock pot liner. Having leftovers for lunch.
12/22/2016
I used abode fabricated spicy sage breakfast sausage and the family loved information technology. I found it a littte on the dry out side so next time I will utilize two jars of sauce as suggested in the Cook'south notes.

07/12/2015
I haven't tried this recipe yet merely by looking at information technology I might every bit well make as is & pop it in the oven for less time. Why go to all that carp but to put it into a crock pot & let it cook for several more hours. Too much piece of work for a crock pot dinner.

07/04/2015

eleven/13/2015
My hubby liked it better than I did but he likes lasagna ameliorate than I do. The sauce is a little meaty for me but information technology was a keeper recipe. Quick and easy. I used ane Bertolli Lycopersicon esculentum Basil and one Classico Traditional Sweet Basil. I cooked for 4 i/2 hours but call up it could have been done in 3 - 3 1/ii hours. Volition brand again.
11/17/2015
